Vinati Organics Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's adopted Code of Conduct for Monitoring and Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will be closed for all Designated Persons, including their immediate relatives and Connected Persons, starting from Thursday, January 01, 2026. The closure will persist until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board Meeting convened for the consideration and approval of these financial results in due course.
