Mr. Arindam Chakraborty, Senior Vice President & Head of Global HR and a designated Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, has submitted his resignation. The company has accepted his resignation, which will be effective from the close of business hours on March 31, 2026. Mr. Chakraborty's resignation letter was dated December 31, 2025.

Concurrently, Vikram Solar Limited has appointed Mr. Biresh Ranjan Das as the new Senior Vice President – Human Resources. Mr. Das brings over two decades of experience across various sectors including manufacturing, telecom, hospitality, and infrastructure. He will be responsible for leading the company's people and culture agenda, aligning people strategy with business priorities, and overseeing workforce strategy, organization design, productivity initiatives, and leadership development. His appointment is aimed at strengthening talent development and building a sustainable pipeline of professionals for the clean energy industry.
