Vikram Solar Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on January 20, 2026. The board approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, both on a standalone and consolidated basis.

Key personnel decisions were also made. Ms. Neha Agrawal was re-appointed as Whole-time Director for a period of three years, commencing from March 22, 2026, until March 21, 2029. This reappointment is subject to necessary approvals.

The board also considered a revised postal ballot notice for several agenda items. These include the appointment of Mr. Suresh Gopinathan Menon as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Mr. Joginder Pal Dua as an Independent Director, both effective from December 1, 2025. The notice also covers the re-appointment of Ms. Neha Agrawal as a Director and Whole-time Director, along with approval for her remuneration.

The financial results show that for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, Vikram Solar reported a profit after tax of ₹964.35 million on a standalone basis and ₹981.47 million on a consolidated basis. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the profit after tax was ₹3,590.84 million standalone and ₹3,599.99 million consolidated.

The company also disclosed information regarding a safeguard duty matter of ₹1,485.20 million considered as receivable and an amount of ₹686.16 million withheld by customers related to EPC contracts. Additionally, an exceptional item of ₹56.15 million was recognized due to the impact of new Labour Codes.
