Vikram Solar Limited announced on December 16, 2025, that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) has approved the grant of 17,22,000 stock options under the 'Vikram Solar Employee Stock Option Plan 2021'. These options are intended for eligible employees of the company and its group and associate companies. The grant is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits & Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. The total number of equity shares covered by these options amounts to 17,22,000, each with a face value of ₹10. The exercise price for these options has been set at ₹210.69, as decided by the NRC and ratified by the Board. Options granted will have a vesting period of a minimum of one year from the date of grant, with all vested options to be exercised within a maximum period of 60 months from the date of vesting, as per the specified vesting schedule in the Grant Letter. The company has also provided detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
