This closure is due to the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, and December 31, 2025, not yet being finalized and disclosed. The trading window was initially closed effective October 1, 2025, and was scheduled to reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the Q2 FY26 results. However, given the delay in finalization, the window will now remain shut until 48 hours after the public availability of the financial results for both the quarter ended September 30, 2025, and December 31, 2025. All designated persons and their immediate relatives have been informed and are prohibited from trading in the company's securities during this extended closure period. The company will provide a separate intimation regarding the date of the Board Meeting where these financial results will be considered and approved.
