Vidya Wires Limited has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, ALCU Industries Private Limited, has commenced commercial production of winding and conductivity products. The production began in a phased manner from February 07, 2026, at its manufacturing unit located in Narsanda, Kheda, Gujarat. This development is in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The announcement was made by Vidya Wires Limited's Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Alpesh Makwana.
