Vidya Wires Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in equity shares by designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. During this period, employees, directors, key managerial personnel, and designated persons are prohibited from trading in the company's equity shares. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board Meeting convened for the consideration and declaration of these unaudited financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2025-26.
