Vidya Wires Limited has provided a clarification regarding the delay in the submission of its financial results and limited review reports. The company addressed queries from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) concerning the submission dated December 22, 2025.

The primary reasons for the delay were technical issues encountered by the statutory auditors in generating Unique Document Identification Numbers (UDINs) due to a glitch on the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) portal. This prevented the inclusion of UDINs in the initial Limited Review Reports. Subsequently, the company resubmitted the reports with UDINs on December 24, 2025, after the ICAI portal was restored. The financial results themselves remain unchanged.

Furthermore, Vidya Wires experienced technical difficulties while uploading the results onto the NSE's NEAPS portal. These issues were communicated to the NSE, and with the assistance of NSE officials and by switching to a different browser, the submission was successfully completed.

The company submitted the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2025, along with the revised Limited Review Reports. Vidya Wires has requested the NSE to consider their submission and provide further guidance on compliance.
