Videocon Industries Limited, along with 12 other Videocon group companies, has scheduled the 57th meeting of their consolidated Committee of Creditors (CoC). This meeting is part of the ongoing corporate insolvency resolution process for the group.

The meeting is set to take place on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. This announcement serves as a pre-facto intimation of the upcoming meeting.

The company is undergoing a corporate insolvency resolution process initiated by a National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) order dated June 6, 2018, with subsequent orders on August 8, 2019, and September 25, 2019. The Resolution Professional for the 13 Videocon Group Companies is Abhijit Guhathakurta.
