Viceroy Hotels Limited has announced the acquisition of a property located in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, through a Sale Deed executed on December 31, 2025. This strategic move is part of the company's plan to expand its portfolio within the hospitality segment and strengthen its market presence.

The acquired property includes the 9th (Service Floor) through 12th floors, a portion of the service floor, the Ground Floor Lobby, and the Back of House in Basement I of the "SLN Terminus" building. The total area acquired is approximately 1,57,242 sq. ft., along with an undivided share of 2,327.06 sq. yards of land.

This transaction involves individuals and Terminus Ventures Private Limited. Notably, Mr. S. Prabhaker Reddy, who is the Managing Director and a shareholder of SLN Terminus Hotels and Resorts Private Limited, also serves as a director at Viceroy Hotels Limited and holds a significant beneficial interest in VHL. Consequently, the acquisition is classified as a related party transaction.

The company has stated that the transaction was conducted at arm's length, relying on a feasibility study by HVS ANAROCK Hotel Advisory Services Pvt.
