The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on February 5, 2026. Mr. Brahmachari's departure is attributed to personal commitments. He was not a Director on the Board of the Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The company has submitted the required details as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with the resignation letter.
