He currently serves as the CFO and Finance Director of Linde India Limited and possesses extensive expertise in corporate finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, and M&A. Concurrently, the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Subhabrata Nandi from the position of interim Chief Financial Officer, with his last day being March 15, 2026. Mr. Nandi expressed his gratitude for the opportunity during his tenure.
