Shah Classes (JKSC), has partnered with Jaro Education to expand structured commerce education across India, targeting the mass market in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. J.K. Shah Classes, with over four decades of experience, is a leader in coaching for professional commerce certifications like CA, CS, CMA, CFA, and ACCA, educating over 50,000 students annually across 111 centers. Jaro Education, founded in 2009, specializes in delivering accredited online and hybrid programs. This collaboration is part of Veranda's 'Veranda 2.0' strategy, which involves consolidating its commerce vertical under J.K. Shah Commerce Education. The company is seeking stock exchange approvals for a demerger to create a focused, debt-free platform for the commerce education segment within 7-12 months. Jaro Education will support the digital delivery and scale-up of JKSC's programs by providing technology infrastructure and learner support. This initiative aims to extend JKSC's offerings to learners in smaller cities.
