Ventive Hospitality Limited has further invested ₹25,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five Crores only) towards the subscription of 25,00,000 Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) of Soham Leisure Ventures Private Limited, which operates the Hilton Goa Resort. The confirmation of allotment for these OCDs was received on January 13, 2026.

This investment follows previous intimations regarding the acquisition of a 76% equity stake in Soham Leisure Ventures Private Limited. The OCDs were subscribed at a face value of ₹100 each for cash at par. Soham Leisure Ventures Private Limited, incorporated on August 2, 2011, is engaged in the hospitality business and reported a turnover of ₹49.92 Crores for the year ended March 31, 2025.

Soham Leisure Ventures Private Limited is a related party, being a subsidiary of Ventive Hospitality Limited. The total cost of acquisition for these OCDs is ₹25,00,00,000. The company has operations in Goa.
