Ventive Hospitality Limited has disclosed its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, in comparison with the previous two financial years. The disclosure is made pursuant to the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, and has been certified by M/s. G S K A & Co., Chartered Accountants. For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the company reported a total income of ₹16,725.28 million (₹1,672.53 crore), a significant increase of 238.08% from ₹4,947.08 million in the previous year. Revenue from operations also saw a substantial jump to ₹16,047.05 million (₹1,604.71 crore), up by 235.73% year-on-year. EBITDA stood at ₹8,286.49 million (₹828.65 crore), marking a 175.70% growth, though the EBITDA margin decreased to 49.54% from 60.75% in the prior year. Profit for the year was reported at ₹1,650.73 million (₹165.07 crore), a slight decrease from ₹1,663.17 million in FY24. The company's number of hotels increased to 11 from 1 in FY24. Average room rate (ARR) rose to ₹19,979.86 from ₹12,690.40, and average occupancy increased to 63.10% from 56.09%. RevPAR also saw a significant increase to ₹12,607.79 from ₹7,117.45. Net borrowings increased substantially to ₹17,831.42 million from ₹3,416.86 million in the previous year, leading to a decrease in the net borrowings to total equity ratio from 1.02 to 0.30. The company also reported income from annuity assets of ₹3,926.59 million with a committed occupancy of 98.00%.
