Varroc Engineering Limited has announced the introduction of a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) for its permanent workmen across various facilities. The scheme, designed to be mutually beneficial for the company and participating employees, received a total of 432 applications. Out of these, 411 applications have been accepted. The total payout for the implementation of this VRS is estimated to be approximately ₹79.94 Crores.
