Varroc Engineering Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Thursday, February 5, 2026.

During this meeting, the Board will consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Other business matters will also be discussed.

In conjunction with this announcement, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed. It was initially closed from January 1, 2026, and will continue to be closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, extending up to February 7, 2026, inclusive of both dates.
