Vardhman Textiles Limited (VTL) has announced the commencement of commercial production from its new Technical Textiles Plant located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. This development is in continuation of their previously disclosed capital expenditure plan to install a new capacity capable of producing 15 lakh meters of fabric per month. The company had previously informed the exchanges about this capex plan on May 9, 2024. The successful commissioning of this plant marks a significant step in VTL's expansion strategy for its technical textiles division. This announcement was made on March 1, 2026.
