Vardhman Special Steels Limited (VSSL) has announced a further investment of ₹2,64,38,000 in Sone Solar Private Limited. This investment constitutes the balance payment for the third and final tranche, comprising 26,43,800 0.5% Compulsory Convertible Debentures with a face value of ₹10 each. This follows a previous investment of ₹1,13,54,250 made on October 30, 2025, which consisted of 11,35,425 0.5% Compulsory Convertible Debentures. With this latest disbursement, the aggregate investment by VSSL in Sone Solar Private Limited, covering both equity shares and Compulsory Convertible Debentures, now stands at ₹15,10,00,000. The company's shareholding in the equity share capital of Sone Solar Private Limited remains unchanged at 26%.
