For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a total income from operations of ₹79.67 crore, with total expenses amounting to ₹70.03 crore. This resulted in a profit before tax of ₹9.64 crore and a net profit after tax of ₹7.41 crore. Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at ₹0.92 (basic and diluted).

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the total income from operations was ₹245.95 crore, and total expenses were ₹230.77 crore. The profit before tax for this period was ₹15.18 crore, leading to a net profit after tax of ₹11.66 crore. The EPS for the nine months was ₹1.45 (basic and diluted).

The company also noted an increase in employee benefit expense by ₹1.21 crore due to the implementation of the Labour Codes by the Government of India.
