VA Tech Wabag Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from the closing hours of December 31, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for the finalization of these financial results in due course.
