Fujiyama Power Systems Limited (UTLSOLAR) has submitted a certificate in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

Based on a compliance certificate received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, it is confirmed that the said regulation is not applicable to UTLSOLAR. This is because the entire holding of the company's shares is in demat form. Consequently, the RTA did not receive any rematerialization requests during the specified quarter.
