This closure will be effective from January 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the bank's unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The decision is in compliance with the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
