Urja Global Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Manoj Aggarwal as the Deputy Company Secretary, effective from January 12th, 2026.

The company also proposes to regularize his appointment as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at the upcoming Board of Directors meeting, subject to necessary approvals.

Mr. Manoj Aggarwal holds the qualification FCS-6652. He is not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel of Urja Global Limited and has not been debarred from holding office by any regulatory authority.
