Urban Company Limited has announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on January 23, 2026, approved entering into a manufacturing and supply agreement with Amber Enterprises India Limited. This domestic agreement is for the production and supply of specified products under Urban Company's 'Native' Brand, adhering to the company's specifications. The agreement is set to commence on the date of execution and will conclude in December 2029, with an option for mutual extension. While no consideration was paid at the time of signing, other commercial terms are detailed within the agreement. The arrangement includes an exclusive period for the term plus an additional two years, contingent on certain commercially agreed carve-outs and minimum annual volume commitments from Urban Company. Amber Enterprises will also provide quality assurance and post-delivery warranty beyond standard representations. Urban Company clarified that this is neither an acquisition nor a related party transaction. The rationale behind this strategic move is to optimize operations and strengthen the supply chain in response to increasing market demand and evolving customer needs.
