Urban Company Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from December 17, 2025, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. Separately, as per SEBI circulars, the facility for restricting trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives through PAN freezing will be available on the designated depository portal starting from January 01, 2026. While the trading window closes on December 17, 2025, the PAN freezing will become effective on January 01, 2026. The company will intimate the date of the board meeting for the consideration and approval of these financial results in due course. The aforesaid details will also be hosted on the company's investor relations website.
