Urban Company Limited announced the incorporation of its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, 'Urban Essentials General Trading L.L.C.', in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This new entity was incorporated on January 12, 2026.

Urban Home Experts Pte. Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Urban Company Limited, holds the parent company status for this new UAE-based subsidiary. The incorporation is in furtherance to the company's earlier communication dated November 01, 2025.

Urban Essentials General Trading L.L.C. will engage in general trading activities within the UAE. This includes selling products to aggregators and third-party service providers who operate on the Urban Company platform, as well as selling proprietary products in the UAE market. The initial capital subscription is in cash, with a face value of 1000 Dirhams, and Urban Company Limited will hold a 100% stake in this new subsidiary.
