UNO Minda Limited has reported the loss of share certificates by shareholder Shivappa Kurahatti, jointly with Sadanand Kurahatti. The shareholder has requested duplicate certificates in lieu of the lost ones. The lost shares, totaling 200, were originally issued by the erstwhile Harita Seating Systems Limited, which merged with UNO Minda in February 2021. It is noted that prior to the merger, these shares had already been transferred to the IEPF (Investor Education and Protection Fund). The company will issue duplicate securities in strict adherence to SEBI guidelines and upon completion of all necessary procedural requirements.
