UNO Minda Limited has released its investor presentation for the financial results of Q3 FY2025-26. The presentation covers industry highlights, operational achievements, financial performance, and a business review. Key operational highlights for Q3 FY26 include UMBM becoming a 100% subsidiary after UNO Minda acquired the remaining stake of Buehler Motors. The company also saw record domestic sales for 2W Switch, robust growth in its Airbags business driven by enhanced safety requirements and expansion of the Neemrana airbag facility, and impressive growth in the Seating business due to a favorable customer mix and increased supply of suspended seats. The 4W Lighting Plant in Indonesia has commenced commercial production, with ramp-up expected in the coming quarters. Financially, for Q3 FY26, UNO Minda Group’s consolidated revenues increased by 20% year-on-year to ₹5,018 Cr. EBITDA was higher by 21% year-on-year to ₹554 Cr, with an EBITDA margin of 11.0%. Profit After Tax (PAT) attributable to UML shareholders, excluding exceptional items, increased by 28% year-on-year to ₹298 Cr. The business review indicates stable performance across divisions, with Switches and Lighting being the largest contributors to revenue share at 25% and 23% respectively in Q3 FY26. The company is also undertaking several expansion projects across various product lines, with a total investment of ₹3,155 Cr. ESG updates include receiving the “Best Governed Company” award and additional investment in Gujarat for renewable power.
