Universus Photo Imagings Limited (formerly JINDAL PHOTO IMAGING LIMITED) has reported its monthly updates regarding the special window for re-lodgment of transfer requests in physical form, as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD -PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 02, 2025.

As confirmed by M/s. KFin Technologies Limited, the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), no such requests were received during the month of December 2025. The report from the RTA, enclosed as Annexure-A, indicates zero requests received, approved, or rejected during the specified period, with no processing time recorded.
