Universal Cables Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a standalone net profit of ₹18.74 crore for the quarter, a significant increase of nearly 93% compared to the corresponding quarter of FY 2024-25. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the standalone net profit grew by 147% to ₹74.78 crore from ₹30.27 crore in the previous year. Revenue from operations for the nine-month period stood at ₹2182.40 crore, an increase of 25.83% over the previous year. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, revenue from operations was ₹767.92 crore, up approximately 26.4% from ₹607.54 crore in the same quarter last fiscal year. The EBITDA margin expanded by 176 basis points year-on-year to 9.64% for the nine-month period. The company also revised its aggregate capital outlay for its organic expansion plan from ₹482 crore to approximately ₹550 crore. The expansion project is now expected to be completed in a phased manner by September 2026.
