LLP as the new Statutory Auditors. * The appointment is for a term of five years, effective from the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held in FY 2026-27 until the 32nd AGM to be held in FY 2031-32. * The appointment is subject to the completion of all regulatory compliances and approval of the shareholders at the 27th AGM. * M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co., Chartered Accountants LLP, the existing Statutory Auditors, will complete their second term of five years at the conclusion of the 27th AGM. * The Board of Directors made the recommendation based on the Audit Committee's advice.
