United Breweries Limited (UBL) has executed a sale deed for eight acres of industrial land located in Nacharam Industrial area, Hyderabad, on January 19, 2026. The land was sold to Topsun Solar Private Limited for a sale consideration of ₹80.8 Crores (Indian Rupees Eighty Crores and Eighty Lakhs Only).

The said premises were not utilized for any business operations of the company, therefore, the sale will not have any impact on the business operations of United Breweries Limited.

The purchaser, Topsun Solar Private Limited, will bear the applicable stamp duty and registration fees. The transaction does not involve related parties, and it is not considered a related party transaction as it is conducted at arm's length.
