United Breweries Limited (UBL) has submitted a certificate in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. This certificate pertains to the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

The certificate was issued by Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, UBL's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. It confirms that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter were processed and confirmed to the depositories.
