B S R & Co. LLP, the Statutory Auditors, conducted a "Limited Review" of these financial results. * For the quarter ended 30th September 2025, the company reported a Net Profit of ₹2,316.00 lakhs, significantly up from ₹386.01 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. * Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the quarter stood at ₹3.33, compared to ₹0.56 in the same period last year. * For the half year ended 30th September 2025, the Net Profit was ₹2,242.39 lakhs, a substantial increase from ₹371.29 lakhs reported for the half year ended 30th September 2024. * The half-yearly EPS was ₹3.22, up from ₹0.53 in the previous year's half-yearly period. * The company also noted that a dividend of ₹0.50 (i.e., @ 25%) per equity share of ₹2 each was approved at the 56th Annual General Meeting held on 12th September 2025 and subsequently paid on 16th September 2025.
