This collaboration aims to establish a new Joint Venture Company within Saudi Arabia.

YBAK operates across various sectors including shipping & logistics, industrial & energy solutions, machinery, oil & gas services, and real estate, with a significant presence in Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries.

Further details regarding the key terms and other requirements of the Joint Venture Agreement will be intimated upon its execution, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
