Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited has announced the results of its postal ballot, conducted via remote e-voting. All three special resolutions put forth to shareholders on November 17, 2025, have been passed with the requisite majority. The resolutions approved include: variation in the objects of the issue relating to the Initial Public Offering (IPO); granting loans, guarantees, or security to bodies corporate/persons and making investments under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013; and advancing loans, giving guarantees, or providing security under Section 185 of the Companies Act, 2013. The e-voting facility was open from November 18, 2025, to December 17, 2025. A total of 308 members cast their votes through remote e-voting. For the first resolution regarding IPO objects variation, 45,212,037 votes (99.13%) were in favour and 395,796 votes (0.86%) were against. For the second resolution concerning Section 186, 45,157,500 votes (99.01%) were in favour and 450,383 votes (0.99%) were against. For the third resolution related to Section 185, 45,157,492 votes (99.01%) were in favour and 450,391 votes (0.99%) were against.
