Through this partnership, e-commerce businesses in Saudi Arabia utilizing Unicommerce's platform will gain seamless access to Naqel's extensive logistics network, providing efficient last-mile delivery across the Kingdom. The integration will allow brands to manage orders, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and express cross-border shipping via Unicommerce's unified dashboard, streamlining fulfillment operations and improving customer satisfaction.

The partnership extends to delivery touchpoints across GCC markets, including the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, and Lebanon. It also enables cross-border shipments from Saudi Arabia to India. Naqel Express, operating under Saudi Post Logistics, boasts a network of approximately 5000 touchpoints across Saudi Arabia and a presence in over 16 countries, including key GCC nations and India.
