Unichem Laboratories Limited announced its Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on February 5, 2026, approved these results. Additionally, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board approved the appointment of Dr. (Ms.) Swati Patankar as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years, effective February 5, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Dr. Patankar brings over 35 years of experience and holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Microbiology. She is a Professor at IIT, Bombay, and has administrative experience as Dean (International Relations) and a board member at IIT Bombay. Her expertise spans academic, mentoring, regulatory, research & development, technical, and medical sciences. She has also been involved with the World Health Organization (WHO) and various Indian research institutions. Her appointment includes terms on the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee. The financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, show consolidated revenue from operations at ₹521.17 crore, a decrease from ₹578.96 crore in the previous quarter and ₹533.09 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit after tax for the quarter was ₹264.29 crore, a significant increase from ₹(11.89) crore in the previous quarter and ₹57.85 crore in the same quarter last year. The nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,626.73 crore and a profit after tax of ₹241.93 crore. Standalone results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, show revenue from operations at ₹314.90 crore, a decrease from ₹356.90 crore in the previous quarter and ₹447.83 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Standalone profit after tax for the quarter was ₹216.11 crore, a substantial increase from ₹(39.93) crore in the previous quarter and ₹46.89 crore in the same quarter last year. The nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹1,056.05 crore and a profit after tax of ₹174.33 crore.
