Following its incorporation, the LLP will engage in real estate, renting, and related business activities. The initial investment by Uma Exports Limited is ₹50,000, and the incorporation process is expected to take approximately one month. Upon incorporation, the LLP will be considered a related party to Uma Exports Limited. This venture aims to establish a presence in Kolkata's construction and real estate market.
