Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited (USFB) has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their dependents. The window will be shut from January 01, 2026, in accordance with the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct. This closure is in compliance with SEBI regulations, and updated details of designated employees and their immediate relatives have been provided to NSDL for PAN freeze. The trading window is expected to reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be communicated in due course.
