Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited has announced a change in its senior management personnel. Mr. Ashim Sarkar, who held the position of Business Head - MSME, has resigned from his post. The resignation is effective January 14, 2026, which is also his last working day at the bank.

The bank has confirmed that Mr. Sarkar's resignation is due to his decision to pursue better career prospects and that there are no other material reasons behind his departure.
