UFO Moviez India Limited has announced its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated total revenue of ₹1,314 crore for Q3FY26, a decrease of 5% from ₹1,387 crore in Q3FY25. EBITDA saw a significant drop of 31% to ₹210 crore from ₹305 crore in the same period last year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) also declined by 53% to ₹96 crore, and Profit After Tax (PAT) fell by 58% to ₹64 crore, compared to ₹204 crore and ₹153 crore respectively in Q3FY25. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025 (9MFY26), the consolidated total revenue increased by 7% to ₹3,488 crore from ₹3,294 crore in 9MFY25. EBITDA for 9MFY26 rose by 31% to ₹620 crore. PBT showed a substantial increase of 88% to ₹291 crore, and PAT more than doubled, increasing by 99% to ₹204 crore from ₹103 crore in 9MFY25. The revenue mix for Q3FY26 shows Exhibitor revenue at ₹667 crore (51% of total), Distributor revenue at ₹325 crore (25%), and Advertisement revenue at ₹323 crore (24%). For 9MFY26, Exhibitor revenue was ₹1,584 crore (45%), Distributor revenue was ₹966 crore (28%), and Advertisement revenue was ₹937 crore (27%). The investor presentation highlights UFO's extensive network of 3,783 high-impact ad screens across 1,347 cities and towns in India, with the potential to reach up to 1.8 billion viewers annually.
