UFO Moviez India Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company's consolidated revenues for the third quarter of FY26 stood at ₹131.9 crore (₹1,319 million), a decrease from ₹138.7 crore (₹1,387 million) in Q3 FY25. Advertisement revenue also saw a decline, falling to ₹32.3 crore (₹323 million) in Q3 FY26 from ₹46 crore (₹460 million) in the same period last year. Consequently, EBITDA decreased to ₹21 crore (₹210 million) from ₹30.5 crore (₹305 million), and Profit Before Tax (PBT) dropped to ₹9.6 crore (₹96 million) compared to ₹20.4 crore (₹204 million) in Q3 FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was ₹6.4 crore (₹64 million), down from ₹15.3 crore (₹153 million) in the prior year's quarter. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025 (9MFY26), the company reported an increase in consolidated revenues, growing by 7% to ₹352.2 crore (₹3,522 million) from ₹330 crore (₹3,300 million) in 9MFY25. EBITDA saw a significant rise of 31% to ₹62 crore (₹620 million) from ₹47.3 crore (₹473 million). Profit Before Tax (PBT) also grew substantially by 88% to ₹29.2 crore (₹292 million) from ₹15.5 crore (₹155 million). Profit After Tax (PAT) for the nine-month period more than doubled, increasing by 99% to ₹20.4 crore (₹204 million) from ₹10.3 crore (₹103 million) in 9MFY25. Rajesh Mishra, Executive Director and Group CEO, commented that the Q3 FY26 performance was impacted by the absence of a mega, star-led blockbuster during the Diwali and Christmas windows, which curtailed festive momentum and advertising traction. However, he expressed confidence in sustaining performance due to a positive content pipeline, improving advertiser sentiment, and a continued focus on operational efficiencies. UFO Moviez operates India's largest in-cinema advertising platform, reaching approximately 1.8 billion viewers annually across 3,783 cinema screens.
