UFO Moviez India Limited has received requests from Apollo Green Energy Limited and Mr. Raaja Kanwar, who are currently classified under the 'Promoter' and 'Promoter Group' categories respectively, to be reclassified as 'Public' shareholders. These requests, dated January 19, 2026, are made under Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Apollo Green Energy Limited, holding 22,66,417 shares (5.84%), and Mr. Raaja Kanwar, holding 12,500 shares (0.03%), assert that they meet all the conditions prescribed for such reclassification. They state that their initial classification as promoters was due to seed funding and that their influence and rights in the company have been diluted over time, particularly after the company's IPO in 2015.

Both applicants have certified that they do not collectively hold more than ten percent of the total voting rights, do not exercise control over the company's affairs, have no special rights, are not represented on the board, do not act as key managerial personnel, and are not 'wilful defaulters' or fugitive economic offenders. They also confirm no pending regulatory actions and commit to complying with future conditions for a minimum of three years post-reclassification.
