UFO Moviez India Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on January 29, 2026, considered and approved a request for reclassification of Apollo Green Energy Limited and Mr. Raaja Kanwar from 'Promoter' and 'Promoter Group' categories, respectively, to the 'Public' category. This reclassification is in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Board noted that the request complies with the specified requirements by the Listing Regulations and the Stock Exchanges. The approval is subject to the subsequent approval of the Stock Exchanges and the Shareholders of the Company. Following this, UFO Moviez will apply to the Stock Exchanges for their No Objection. Once obtained, the matter will be presented for shareholder approval within the stipulated timelines.
