UFLEX Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Rohit Kachroo as Executive Vice President for its Packaging Business. This appointment is effective from March 2, 2026, and designates him as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company in accordance with Regulation 16(1)(d) of the Listing Regulations, 2015. Mr. Kachroo brings extensive experience to UFLEX, holding a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from PEC Punjab and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from IIFT New Delhi. His career includes significant roles in organizations such as Huhtamaki, Aptar, and Funi Seals, based in Thailand. With over 32 years of experience, he has a proven track record in regional head roles with P&L responsibility, developing new markets, and expanding existing markets both domestically and internationally.
