TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited has announced a significant leadership transition with the appointment of Mr. Vikas Chadha as Global Chief Executive Officer, effective January 22, 2026. This appointment is part of a broader succession plan following the decision of the current Managing Director, Mr. Ravi Viswanathan, to retire during the Financial Year 2026-27.

Mr. Chadha brings over 30 years of leadership experience, including managing $1B+ P&L operations and driving transformational growth. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and is an Electronics and Communications Engineer. During the transition period, Mr. Viswanathan will continue as Managing Director and will collaborate with Mr. Chadha to ensure continuity and strategic execution. The company aims to complete the leadership transition within the Financial Year 2026-27.
