Mr. Chadha brings over 30 years of leadership experience, including managing $1B+ P&L operations and driving transformational growth. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and is an Electronics and Communications Engineer. During the transition period, Mr. Viswanathan will continue as Managing Director and will collaborate with Mr. Chadha to ensure continuity and strategic execution.
