TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Vikas Chadha as its Global Chief Executive Officer, effective January 22, 2026. This appointment is part of a structured leadership transition plan, following the decision of the current Managing Director, Mr. Ravi Viswanathan, to retire during the Financial Year 2026-27.

The Board of Directors made this appointment based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, after a comprehensive succession planning process. Mr. Viswanathan will continue as Managing Director during the transition period, working closely with Mr. Chadha to ensure continuity and strategic execution. The leadership transition is intended to be completed within the Financial Year 2026-27.

Mr. Chadha brings over 30 years of leadership experience, including managing $1B+ P&L operations across diverse industries and geographies. He previously served as CEO of a leading conglomerate based in Dubai. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and is an Electronics and Communications Engineer. The Chairman, R. Dinesh, expressed confidence in Mr. Chadha's extensive international experience, while Mr. Viswanathan and Mr. Chadha both emphasized their commitment to a smooth transition and driving future growth.
