TTK Prestige Limited has announced the transmission of equity shares held by deceased promoters, Late Thiruvallur Thattai Jagannathan and Late Thiruvallur Thattai Venkatesh, in favour of their legal heirs. The shares of Late Thiruvallur Thattai Jagannathan (42,41,868 shares) have been transmitted to Mukund Thiruvallur Thattai (20,80,622 shares), Tiruvallur Thatai Lakshman (10,80,623 shares), and Sarayu Thiruvallur Thattai (10,80,623 shares). The shares of Late Thiruvallur Thattai Venkatesh (31,70,432 shares) have been transmitted to Sarayu Thiruvallur Thattai (31,70,432 shares). Sarayu Thiruvallur Thattai, who is a minor, will be represented by her mother and natural guardian, Mrs. Maitri Gopalakrishna.

Following this transmission, Ms. Sarayu Thiruvallur Thattai will now be classified as a person belonging to the Promoter Group, in terms of Regulation 31A(6)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Concurrently, Late Thiruvallur Thattai Jagannathan and Late Thiruvallur Thattai Venkatesh will cease to be Promoters, as per Regulation 31A(6)(c) of the SEBI LODR.
